About PIXS
PIXS.ca (“PIXS,” “we,” “us”) is a Toronto storefront for finds from a personal collection offering individually described fashion, home, wellness and gift-bundle items. Much of our inventory is one of a kind.
These Terms govern purchases and use of pixs.ca. By placing an order, you agree to the Terms presented at checkout, together with the Privacy, Delivery and Refund policies linked there. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Descriptions, condition and availability
We aim to describe each item accurately, including its size, model, condition and known defects. Photographs, condition tags and product-specific details are part of the listing. Colours may display differently across screens; however, an item must still materially match its description.
Listings and stock may change. Browsing does not reserve an item. Submitting an order request does not reserve stock. We check availability and delivery details before sending an Interac payment request. The order is confirmed only after matching autodeposit is verified. SOLD items may remain visible but cannot be purchased.
Prices, minimum orders and payment
All prices at checkout are shown in Canadian dollars unless clearly stated otherwise. Your order total must be at least $50 CAD after discounts. Any savings and the full total are shown before payment. No tax is added to these personal-collection items.
When shopping opens, Interac e-Transfer is the only payment method; card payments are not available. Submit an order request with your items and delivery details. PIXS checks availability, then sends an Interac payment request. Follow that invoice through your bank; the order is confirmed after matching autodeposit is verified. An order request does not reserve stock. Your order total must be at least $50 CAD after all discounts.
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed because we process and ship in near-real time. Interac orders are automatically cancelled if payment is not received within 5 hours of the Interac invoice being sent. This policy does not limit any cancellation or other consumer rights available under applicable law.
Promotional codes and discounts apply only on their stated terms, cannot be assumed to combine, and must appear in the confirmed order total.
We may refuse or cancel fraudulent, duplicate or unfulfillable orders and will refund verified payments where required.

We deliver across our Toronto delivery area several times each week.

Choose from the available delivery days shown at checkout. We typically deliver 2–3 days per week.
Orders $400+
Unlock VIP On-Demand Delivery, with additional delivery-day and time-window options available at checkout.
Available delivery options are always shown during checkout.
Minimum order: $50 CAD after all discounts. All orders require a signature on delivery. No customer pickup.
VIP On-Demand Delivery requires 24 hours to process your order after payment is received. Choose an available delivery date and two-hour window at checkout.
Refunds, errors and defects
We disclose defects we know about. If an item arrives with a defect we missed or is materially different from the listing, you may request a refund under our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable law. We generally do not accept change-of-mind returns or returns based solely on known, disclosed imperfections or fit preferences. Optional pixsVIP marketing
Purchases and giveaway entry do not require marketing consent. If you separately opt in to pixsVIP, our promotional emails are managed with SendFox; each email includes an unsubscribe mechanism. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time, without affecting order updates or contest eligibility.

Other terms
All original PIXS site copy, branding and original images are protected to the extent permitted by applicable law. Manufacturer and other third-party trademarks remain their owners’ property and do not imply endorsement.
We may correct errors, update policies prospectively, and suspend use that threatens site security. Where permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control; this clause does not exclude statutory remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Ontario law applies, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections.

The terms, in context.
Does browsing reserve a product?
No. Browsing, saving a shortlist and submitting an order request do not reserve an item. During the VIP Preview Sale, requests are accepted 7 a.m.–8 p.m. Toronto time. PIXS checks availability before sending an Interac invoice; the order is confirmed only after matching autodeposit is verified.
How does the minimum order work?
Your order total must be at least $50 CAD after discounts. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars, and applicable discounts and required amounts are shown in the total before payment.
Can I cancel an order?
