Condition tags include New with tags, New & Unused, New in Box, Mint Condition and Slight Flaw. New with tags means new with original tags attached. New & Unused means never used or worn. New in Box means new in its original box; it is only sealed if the Product Description says so. Mint Condition means excellent, like-new condition with minimal signs of wear. Slight Flaw means a minor imperfection, with details provided in the Product Description. Read each listing for included pieces, packaging and item-specific details.
Transparency on defects
Known wear, defects, missing pieces and working-status notes are described on the product page. Actual-item photos show the specific stock; sourced, manufacturer and AI images do not establish its condition. Where a listing does not show a clear actual-item condition photo, ask hello@pixs.ca for close-ups before ordering. If we miss a defect or materially misdescribe an item, our Refund & Returns Policy explains how to request a remedy under applicable law. A “final sale” label does not remove those rights.
Purchase documentation
Purchase documentation varies by item. We retain records where available and may share a redacted copy on request. Personal and payment details are removed before sharing. A receipt records a purchase; it does not confirm details beyond what appears on it. Product descriptions identify the information recorded for each listing.
Photography and AI adjustments
AI-assisted product imagery is hand styled and designed, then reviewed against recorded item details to illustrate intended fit and appearance. This does not verify exact fit, colour or condition; check measurements and actual-item photos, or ask for close-ups. Listing images are intended to support a fair view of the item. Minor technical adjustments may improve clarity and consistency but must not conceal wear or materially change colours, textures, proportions or condition.
