I’m Tara. I created pixs to give beautiful finds another chance to be loved, with honest details and a little less distance between the find and your front door.

Good things have more than one chapter.
Like a lot of people, I’ve collected things I love over the years: clothes that still have their tags, pieces I’ve worn and cared for, and finds that deserve more than a life tucked away.
I started pixs to make room for those things to be enjoyed again. I wanted the experience to feel considered and straightforward: good quality, clear information and prices that make sense.
Everything comes from my own collection and is already here in Toronto. I’ll tell you what I know about each piece, including its condition, so you can decide whether it’s right for you.

No nasty surprises.
Every piece comes from my own collection. I’ll make its condition and included pieces clear before you decide. For select designer pieces, purchase documentation is retained and may be available in redacted form on request.
Condition, clearly disclosed.
Each listing describes the actual item, its condition and what’s included. I disclose known wear, defects, missing pieces and functional issues in the description and photos.
Honest photos and pricing.
We use photos of the actual item wherever possible and label reference imagery clearly. Prices are in Canadian dollars; retail comparisons appear only when verified.

If an item has an undisclosed defect or materially differs from its listing, contact hello@pixs.ca. We’ll review it under our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable law.

What is Pixs?
Pixs is Tara’s hand-curated collection of new with tags, new and unused, and mint-condition finds from her Toronto closet and loft. Each listing explains the condition of that individual piece.
Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
Check your delivery postal code before checkout. Minimum order: $50 CAD after all discounts. We deliver across our Toronto delivery area several times each week. Orders under $400: Choose from the available delivery days shown at checkout. We typically deliver 2–3 days per week. Orders $400+: Unlock VIP On-Demand Delivery, with additional delivery-day and time-window options available at checkout. Available delivery options are always shown during checkout. No customer pickup.
When can I get my order?
We deliver across our Toronto delivery area several times each week. Available delivery options are always shown during checkout. Order by 6 p.m. the evening before and choose from the next available delivery dates at checkout. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Orders of $400 CAD or more after discounts receive VIP On-Demand Delivery with an available date and two-hour window selected at checkout. Allow 24 hours after payment is received; signature required. Eligible Toronto addresses only. All times are Toronto time.
How do I know what condition a find is in?
Read the condition label, description and any disclosed wear on the individual listing. AI-assisted styling images help illustrate a look; they do not verify the item’s condition or exact fit. Condition and photo guide.
Can I return a purchase?
Change-of-mind and fit-preference returns are generally not accepted. If an item has an undisclosed defect or materially differs from its listing, contact hello@pixs.ca so we can review it under our policy and applicable law. Refunds and returns.
